Chanel Holiday 2026 is here with the makeup collection, holiday sets and a new fragrance! Looking back I skipped the last two holiday seasons, this collection however is beautiful and I love every single thing I tried. The collection is out now at Chanel.com and all retailers.
Cream-to-Powder Blush
The blush this holiday is the cream-to-powder formula in the Jous Contraste Intense ($60) format. It’s called Mont Rose and just beautiful. This has a luminous sheen which has a bit more glow compared to the other cream-to-powder blushes. I posted a comparison here next to a few other colors. Some of you asked if this would double as a highlighter, on me it has a glow but not quite enough to be highlighter material. I think it’s the prettiest color of pink. Soft but buildable.
Oversize Illuminating Powder
The Oversize Illuminating Powder in Neige D’Or ($100) is a sparkling white. This is very sparkly and on the sheer side so it gives the skin that sparkly luminous glow. It’s very similar to the Pearly White from 2023, however Neige D’Or is slightly warmer and not quite as chunky glittery on the skin. The embossing is just exquisite.
Les 4 Ombres Eyeshadow
The Holiday Les 4 Ombres Eyeshadow 39 Ombre D’Or ($90) was a surprise for me. In the pan it looks like a classic everyday champagne and taupe combination but once swatched the way the shimmers shift make it more special. The top right shade is glittery which I couldn’t quite capture in the swatch photo, but it’s an iridescent kind of sparkle topper. Colors are all shimmery and I think the pigment is pretty good on this one.
Le Vernis Nail Polish
As a long time Le Vernis Nail Polish collector ($34 each), I knew I would have to have the holiday shades, however these two are the only shades I’d say aren’t must-haves only because I think you can find similar shades from previous launches. 445 Blanc Alpin is a pearly white with gold and champagne shimmers and requires at least 3 coats for smooth coverage and 447 Scintillance is a yellow gold shimmer.
Holiday Sets
The holiday sets this year are so fun. The must-have for me is the Rouge Coco Hydra Gloss Trio ($145) which comes in a fun fuzzy drawstring pouch. The colors are on the sheer side but the shimmers have a really beautiful shift to use alone or as toppers on lipsticks. Even though they are sparkly there is no texture. Givre is a sparkly white, Etincelle is a sheer soft yellow shimmer which to me looks nearly identical to the limited-edition Fabuluse from summer, and Aura is the prettiest warm pink gold sparkle.
There are a number of pouch sets with permanent items (skincare and color). I picked up the Le Color and Care Set ($116) with the Rouge Coco Baume in Pink Delight and Rouge Coco Flash in Jour. The pouch is an ultra soft plush woven material to mimic a sweater and I think they’re so fun. For the pouches there are two sizes, some of the skincare sets like the Le Lift Smooth + Awaken Set have a slightly larger pouch.
For holiday the La Crème Main ($84) comes in an adorable fuzzy zip pouch. I love this hand cream because it’s one of the best non-sticky formulas.
New Fragrance
Two of the Les Eaux de Chanel scents are among my favorites and when I saw they launched the new Paris-St. Moritz ($132 to $172) I bought it without even smelling it. It’s such a unique powdery fruity floral and has notes of pear, rose, and amber. I think you can wear it year round but I love how fresh and unique it is.
I did take a peek at the Les Eaux de Chanel Le Voyage Travel Set ($275) in store and it’s ADORABLE. It has six travel sizes which are actually smaller than the individual travel size. These come with spritzers and I think it’s actually a very good value for the set. I am tempted but for now am still thinking about it as I’m sure there will be other things I want for holiday.
Overall lots to love. You can find the collection out now at Chanel.com.
