This is an incredible giveaway! After watching Mary Greenwell use this palette on Sali Hughes, I really regretted not picking one up.
I meant to mention that my favorite palette is Chanel's Mystic Eyes. While not a traditional nude palette, I find it super easy to create a lovely day time eye.

It may not be a neutral to others, but my go to is Mystic Eyes/ Chanel!
I don't tend to buy palettes so I don't have many. If I had to pick a favourite neutral one it would be the Naked Basics, since it's always appropiate and very convenient. But what I like the most is making my own palettes! I love combining basic shades from burberry, rouge bunny rouge, make up store, etc, which I know I trully love, and just add a pop of color from anther shade to spice it up sometimes. I've been really loving Laura Mercier's Artist Palette #2 from last year – it's got a lot of purple shades but enough neutrals still do both a neutral or a smokey eye!

My favorite neutral palette is the bobbi brown day to night warm eyes palette. I recently purchased the becca ombre nude eyes palette which I am hoping is great as well!
I'd have to say the one I created myself using a mixture of MAC and Makeup Geek shadow pans. I love that I have created a mixture of mattes and shimmers that will suit all makeup needs. For an actual palette you can buy I'd say the Urban Decay Naked palettes. Gorgeous Tom Ford palette, amazing giveaway.

(Albeit – I haven't been paying as much attention as I used to…) My favorite neutral palette is Bobbi Brown's Warm Day to Night palette from a few years ago. It's so simple, but so versatile and probably the only true neutral palette I own. For neutral with a kick, I really love a lot of the Le Metier de Beaute kaleidoscopes like Cherry Blossom and Femme Fatale.
I can't say I have a favorite because my one and only palette I have purchased thus far is the NARSissist palette. Thank you for the giveaway, the Tom Ford quad looks absolutely beautiful.
