I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! A few items currently on my radar, from top left clockwise:
- Fresh Sugar Shine Lip Treatments ($18.50 each) now come in three tinted colors, I’ve been a fan of the clear version so I ordered all three of the new ones a couple days ago
- Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Eau de Toilette ($76 to $94) is one of the prettiest perfume bottles I’ve seen, it looks so dreamy (also comes in a Body Lotion and Shower Gel)
- Fall brings us a number of new beautiful shimmer eyeshadow palettes:
- YSL Fétiches Fall 2014 Couture Collector Eyeshadow Palette ($60) looks stunning with rich hues of navy, brown and cream
- Chanel Les 4 Ombres Multi Effect Eyeshadow ($61 each) have launched on Chanel.com, I spotted Poesie #234 in store at Neiman Marcus, also available online now at Macy’s
- Smashbox Full Exposure Travel Size ($22) is a small version of the Full Exposure palette, the travel one has 8 shades, it’s the size of a credit card (posted on my Instagram)
- I’m looking for red and plum lips that aren’t too red or too vampy:
- Tom Ford Lip Color in Reckless ($50) looks like the perfect classic rich red
- Marc Jacobs Lovemarc Lip Gel in Cabaret ($30) is part of the 1000 Point Perk but now available for purchase for VIB Rouge members (online only), I need it now
- Bobbi Brown Lip Color in Tea Rose ($26) looks like it could be a good plum rose
- NARS Lip Gloss in Quito ($26) is another gorgeous plum wine red I’ve been eyeing
- There are a lot of nail polishes releases coming up this fall:
- NARS is reformulating their nail polish with 43 shades, 19 of these will be new ($20 each), available July 15 on narscosmetics.com, August 1 all other locations
- Rescue Beauty Lounge Anatomy of a #Kdrama has 7 new colors (review and soon)
- Laura Mercier Hi-Lite Duo ($15) has a mini Baby Bare lipgloss and Matte Radiance Baked Bronzer in Highlight, I’m a sucker for $15 and under mini items, I’ve heard so many good things about the baked bronzer, tell me do I need this?
What’s on your radar this week? Have you seen any other new fall items in stores yet? I’m eagerly waiting to see Tom Ford and all the Chanel quads.
I can't wait for the release of the new NARS polishes! Like you, I'm also excited to test out the new Tom Ford eye quad and the Chanel quads.
The new NARS nail colors look amazing, Tom Ford Fall is going to break the bank for me this year lol.

You need the Laura Mercier Matte Radiance! The perfect highlighter, it provides a light, beautiful sheen wherever you place it, never looks shiny or glittery or even too shimmery, and you can never put too much on your brush. Fool proof!

Boo hoo! I don't have Tom Ford in my area….wish my Nordstrom would get with it and carry TF! Anyway, the Poesie quad is gorgeous….but I think the YSL quad is a must for me! I've worn Bobbi Brown's Tea Rose for years. I think it's more pink than plum….but you should try it out. I love the color…it's a MLBB color for me. Very wearable….not over the top or "glam".
Thanks! I think BB reformulated a number of lipsticks, sometimes she changes the colors, sometimes not. I wasn't sure if Tea Rose is a new color – thx for the heads up though on the pink vs plum, your description sounds exactly what I'm looking for 🙂
Last night I ordered all 9 of the new CHANEL eye quads and the new waterproof eyeliner pencils. Wow! Can't wait!

Another enthusiastic Tom Ford fan here :-). I think his fall collection is going to live up to all the anticipation. The quad and lip colors are musts for me and I'm intrigued by the cheek duos. Last year's She Wolf collection was so chic; so stunning that it had me holding my breath waiting to see what he'd bring us this year. When I saw the sneak peeks and swatches, I though I had died and gone to heaven. No one does sexy like that rascal, Tom. Neutral eyes, sculpted cheeks, luscious lips. Wow! As for red lipstick, TF has a gorgeous array of shades: cool, warm, or neutral. You know how MA's are always saying there is a red for everyone? In the case of TF, it's true. I don't wear a red lip often, but when I do, it's usually Cherry Lush.

I'm also eager to see the YSL palette from Les Fétiches collection, Guerlain's KissKiss lipstick collection, and Clé de Peau's new quads. The YSL palette looks so smoky and autumnal, the KissKiss formulation used to be one of my favorites and was thrilled with Guerlain's decision to bring it back, and what can I say about Clé de Peau eyeshadows? I love them!
Yes, indeed, the fall collections are going to be budget busters for sure $$$ 🙂

Hi Sabrina! Have you tried the NARS VMLP in Damned? 🙂 It is gorgeous and fits the profile of the kind of lip (I think?) you're looking for. I've been looking at a LOT of Kjaer Weis and NARS.
The Chanel quads and Marc Jacob's Daisy Dream look so pretty. Now I want to get them for myself too!
