Rescue Beauty Lounge Decorous

Here is RBL’s Decorous. Two coats to achieve a creamy cocoa brown with a slight sheen. I loved it on Gaia of The Non-Blonde, Temptalia and KarlaSugar. On me, not so much. I think it’s better as a toe color for me. Much like Butter London’s All Hail McQueen – pretty in the bottle, not so flattering for me with my olive tones. Comparisons below. I found it unique in my collection and couldn’t find any dupes – but I don’t have many browns for nail polish colors. I like that it matches my J.Crew flats in Coconut Shell though 🙂

    I agree with Irene, it does suit you too. I wish RBL was more available in the UK and they seem to have such interesting shades.

    I also think this shade looks great on you. Personally it looks better than Ani to me. Gah, now I kind of regret not getting Khaki Rose while I had the chance…

    Of all the shades mentioned I think it suits you the most! & although I don't like browns on me, I love the opacity/look of the polish.

    I'll join the chorus and agree that it looks nice on you, but you see it in real life, so you probably see the color more precisely.

    I love the RBL color it's gorgeous! I actually polished my nails with Chanel's Particulere today. I am in love with brownish/taupe polishes lately.

    Hey Sabrina,
    Remember Chanel's Brown Sugar nail polish? I think it came out mid-90's? This totally reminds me of that and it was my FAVORITE brown polish. That said, I will be ordering this.

    Grunge is my go-to nude nail – on my skin tone it's the perfect nude.

    This is the one shade from the spring collection I skipped – I was trying to avoid spending $100 on nail polish :/ I adore the other 3 and think I made the right choice.
