Are you shopping the events this season? I have some things on my wishlist but at the moment am saving up for some other fall beauty launches I want to cover in the next few weeks. In the event you have a lot on your wishlist I think these are great events to take advantage of the gift with purchase options. It’s such a great way to try other brands of hair care and skincare.

Which one would you choose?! I’ve always wanted the spacenk gwp, but to me, I feel like the gwp from Barney’s sound better this time.. what do you think?
It’s a tough call! If you’re more into fragrance the Barneys one has more scent minis. It also has a lower spend requirement of $200 vs. $285 for Space NK, but both are so good!
Normally, I would pass on these type of events, but I was out of my conditioner and wanted to try the Westman Atelier collection, so I placed an order with Barney’s.
I’m so curious about the Westman Atelier line too! Trying to wait until I can get to a Barneys store.
Michele Wang’s You Tube review of the WA line really made me want to try it, so couldn’t wait until my next trip to NY.
I really want to try the foundation but the lightest shade is too dark for me. Waiting for the shade expansion that I read is in the works.
I went for the Barney’s. It was for my birthday on Monday. It has been 10 years together for me and fiance/hubs and I got the Chanel quad(10 yrs ago, my first bday gift from him was a Chanel quad) as well as some Diptyque duos and a little Sisley! Oh, and I am trying the Shu Wonder Worker.

The SpaceNK gift looks great, but $285? The UK version is at a lower price point (175 pounds or about $225 right now) . . .
They did raise the minimum this year, I agree it’s steep.
I am so tempted by the Barney GWP but I have so many minis already. I need to use them instead of storing them. 🙂

I used to do the Barneys GWP, there were at least 4 full size items. While this is still fairly decent, it id a shadow of its former self. pass

I agree with Diann (below) about the Barney’s GWP bag. However, I did go for it since I wanted–finally–to get the Sisley Black Rose oil. Since that is such a pricey item, it made more sense to me to wait to get something extra. I usually give samples away to my models :–).
Oh, the GWPs are back again! It’s already that time of the year?!

Looking forward to your (hopefully) reviewing the new Tom Ford Satin Mattes and new Boys & Girls. I’m still searching for that elusive Pink Dune dupe and as far as I can tell there isn’t one among the new Boys & Girls. Maybe Alistair comes close color-wise but without the shimmer? Or Ava? I think that’s a metallic. In any case I’m sure there are lots of beautiful shades and I’m looking forward to seeing your picks!
Though I received many step up items from the Sisley counter, I was surprised at how many perfume samples and hair products the bag contained; I think two of the hair items are a full sized product but beyond that, it’s pretty much tiny things you can get at counter for the asking. Being honest, the draw for me wasn’t the bag but the step-up gifts. As for SpaceNK, the price is over the top for what you receive in the bag. I’ll wait until they offer double points or money off; the bag (for the first time) wasn’t enough incentive to make me spend my money.
