I have this lovely beach scent plugin from Bath and Body Works that I am in love with. It's strong but not too nauseating.
I think you can use 'clean cotton' scent every time. I love that scent.
But I really love to try other scents as well.

I like a lot of different scents depending on mood and time of year; summer citrus florals (tahitian coconut sounds delightful) and fall/winter I lean more fig/fruit/spice/floral scents. The Lumira candle sure looks beautiful–I would love to smell it! 🙂

This is probably a little weird though I do live in SF which doesn't have much of a summer, but I'm really enjoying Diptyque Ambre and Santal right now. The contrast between the slightly mentholated Ambre and creamy Santal is fun. If it were hotter I'd probably be burning Roses and Figuer. Noisetier and Vetyver are my all-season go-tos.

Fig is my favourite for summer, of which Muji do a great budget option. I guess rose scents work year round but I prefer to get all seasonal with pine trees at Christmas and mimosa in spring!
My favorite scent is Sicilian Citrus. Such a nice fresh smell for summer days !

I love fresh-smelling scented candles. I forget its full name, but there's one from Yankee Candle with Moonlit or Moonlight in its name and it's a purple color… I love that one!
I have three of Lumeria's candles and all are lovely. I used to purchase Diptique but Lumeria's candles are even more exquisite. The scents are true and pure, soft yet effective. Will not overpower or become sickening no matter how long you burn your candle. These are by far the best candles I've ever come across.

I'm a fan of the Aquiesse Mandarin Tea candles for the spring and summer. The fragrance is also great to freshen up the house after I cook. In the fall I tend to burn Nest's Pumpkin Chai which is sweet, but I'll sometimes burn my small Diptyque Feu de Bois to temper it down a little.

I have to confess that I didn't know Lumira candles before reading about them on your blog. Many fragrances of them sound amazing like "Tropical Gardenia" or "Tuscan Fig".
My favorite candles at the moment are "English Pear & Freesia" from Jo Malone and "Violette" from Diptyque. Taking into consideration that those two brands were discoveries because of you, I will definitely need to check out Lumira, too 😉
