Dolce & Gabbana Praline Lipgloss is a natural pinky-nude-rose with a slight hint of shimmer. On me it leans slightly towards the cool side as a true neutral. The shimmer isn’t visible on the lips. There is a soft rose scent. Lasting power is slightly better than average for your normal lipgloss. The texture is smooth and slightly sticky but feels natural on the lips. I really like this color. The shimmer gives this gloss a bit of dimension. It’s a goof-proof type of color that I can easily wear any day of the week for any occasion. It’s a lovely natural that isn’t too natural. At this time I’m not sure if any of the Fall 2011 items are limited-edition. Your best bet would be to call Saks to double check.
I hope the comparisons to Laura Mercier and Chanel help you get a better feel for the color. I know most colors look very different on my lips compared to most other women (I have odd colored lips and skin).

Such a pretty color! ^_^
The sugar and spice names are really drawing me in! Ever since your red d&g sole blush, My interest in d&g has been piqued. Didn't even know they had makeup til recently!
I like how praline is a nude that slightly tones down your lips. Your lip swatches are so helpful because my lips have a similar shade and fullness.
This is SO prety!! I'm a sucker for colors like this. Too bad i've never seen D&G cosmetics being sold in The Netherlands 🙁
I'm loving seduction!
Whee! You saved me money. I have giggle and it looks close enough to that..plus D&G cosmetics are not available where I live so i would have to pay shipping. However, this color looks stunning on you! So glad you showed it to us!
Gorgeous as usual. D&G is up there as far as my fav glosses go. One question, how would you compare this to Edward Bess' Nude Satin gloss?
Hi, I love the color, as a matter of fact I will be in Atlanta this weekend and plan to stop by Saks to try out the D&G line (there isn't one close to where I live). Do you have any suggetions on "MUST HAVE" or "MUST TRY" while I'm there. I would love to hear your opinion:)!
That's a great shade, I may have to try. Not a gloss girl and most soft pinks look Barbie-retro on me, but that may just be deep enough. Thanks for the comparison swatches!
Looks beautiful on you, Sabrina. I don't own a single piece of D&G makeup, not that my wallet isn't thanking me, but your posts do intrigue and tempt me. Thankfully I don't live near a Saks store, though internet shopping can really be the downfall of a girl.
