The Chanel blush is not new. I’ve owned it for years. It’s part of the spring 2015 Reverie Parisienne Collection. Chanel pulled the same stunt a few years back around the holidays when they launched the Tweed Pink Blush. That was not new either. Sad.
The 2015 one should say Blush Camelia Rose. This year’s Cyber Monday launch is Blush Camelia Peche, so I believe it is indeed new.

I got zero because my husband lost his job mid October and is still looking. My hours have been cut as well, we are rotating working fridays. So unless a money tree falls on me this cyber monday, I will be happy with what we have. Its ok though, we’ve had good years and bad years and this is just one of the bad ones. Two years ago I ended up in emergency surgery and ended up having to take 4 months off work and that was a very bad year BUT I became healthier because of that.

Just bought my first Viseart, their mini pro palette. KohGenDo is 30, yes 30% off site-wide today only.
Two re-purchases! Kind of unheard for me, but my last two beauty buys were restocks: MoroccanOil hydrating styling cream and YSL Tint in Balm in “Dream Me Nude.” It’s probably the tenth tube of the MO styling cream but only the second tube of the YSL balm. As a fellow light lip color lover, I’ve got quite a stash of nude products in rotation (most of which my friends and family would say look identical) so I’m not sure I needed to replace the YSL. But I love the ease of it when I’m out and about from early AM on. It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t require a finger or a mirror for application, so it’s become a handbag staple.

It was the Water fresh Estee Lauder Make up. Its the best for dry skin!
The last beauty item I purchased was some of the new Peach Slices sheet masks available at CVS. Peach Slices is a sister company to Peach & Lily. My favorite so far is the Firm pomegranate & honey sheet mask.

I bought a lot of indie beauty as well as skincare from DECIEM and Paula’s Choice over the weekend. The most recent purchases I actually have are the two Pat McGrath lipsticks in Donatella and Tropicalia that I got from Sephora while in Boston.
The last beauty item I bought was my first Marc Jacobs palette, Glambition (these names…). I’m a fan, but I wish I didn’t miss out on the Lover and Dreamer palettes, they seem to be more special (though less versatile).

I just bought and HIGHLY recommend the True Botanicals Resurfacing Moisture Mask. It tackles texture like I have never seen!! Pricey luxury natural skincare, but performs better than La Mer, in my opinion. Clean skincare, too 🙂

(The original Living Luminizer, the rose-champagne version, and the Magic Luminizer.) Ah, well. Can you ever have too many highlighters? Thanks for the Nordstrom giveaway, BTW!
